2.2 Information Products

Digital materials, including guides, templates, and online courses, are available for purchase. Access details and usage rights are granted upon successful purchase.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or hardware kits may be sold. Product descriptions, shipping terms, and handling instructions accompany each item.

3. Refund Policy

This section outlines refund guidelines for various offerings. AuditNovi aims to address client concerns promptly and fairly.

3.1 Professional Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of service commencement. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment channel within 14 days after approval. Alternatively, clients may reschedule a service once at no additional charge. Custom audit designs and bespoke planning sessions are non-refundable due to resource allocation and planning commitments.

3.2 Information Products

Digital purchases may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase provided no record of access or download is detected. If access logs indicate content interaction, the product becomes non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued within 7 days of request via the original payment channel.

3.3 Goods

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Goods must remain in original condition. Customers must ship back items using a trackable method. Once goods arrive and pass inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued within 14 days. Refunds will be credited via the original payment channel. Customers may request an alternative item subject to availability.
